The location and the interior- the fireplace in the lobby bar was amazing. Additionally they helped us with parking since it started snowing a lot.
We didn't manage to feel anything. Healthy Security in the hotel is zero
The lobby bar is well renovated. The staff is mostly polite. There is table tennis and a snooker table. Also the kids place is fine more or less. Good outdoor facilities, but depends on the weather.
The hotel, spa, and location were great, especially for families with small children. It was quiet and cosy. We did not have dinner included, so we used the restaurant a la cart, and everything we ordered was fantastic
Staff was very welcoming, helpfull and pleasant. The hotel itself is nicely designed and organised. Spa area is pleasant and clean (tiles around the pool are very slippery but there is a non-slippery mats almost all over). Pretty huge variety at the breakfast.
The breakfast included in our stay was OK.
Location is good, on the hill, not so hot comparing to Bansko city center. Wooden interior looks cozy.
Hotel facilities are great. Small indoor pool is nice with different sauna rooms in the spa area. Apartments are spacious Good breakfast including fresh vegetables and fruits. Location is a bit far from city center yet walking distance to hiking or biking trails leading to forest and mountains. Staff was very professional & responsive to any requests.

The view from my room was nothing short of awe-inspiring. The window opened up to a panoramic tableau of towering trees, their verdant canopies extending as far as the eye could see. The staff is kind and friendly.
Pros: The staff was really polite, professional and helping, - both dinner and breakfast were good and diverse enough, - there were enough parking spots, - pools were big enough for the number of guests there were - amazing views - clean
The views are crazy. The breakfast is very varied. The rooms are large. The pool is warm. The location is as you are in the middle of a green valley.

Great view, fresh air
The room was comfortable and we have everything we need for our stay for 3 nights. There is small kitchen equipped, bathroom with great soap and shampoo ( spa flavour). The breakfast was great with a lot of choice, everyone can found something that he like .For the kids there is a rope park very nice for extra charge .
Room was ok
Spacious, nice pool, affordable hotel bar (drinks allowed to be brought to pool). Little bit far from downtown, but still great location.
